Rivasa Resort Beach Walk Calangute, Calangute

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach, which was a huge plus for our group. The service I received was commendable, especially thanks to Mr. Anirudh, who really went above and beyond. However, the room conditions were disappointing, and there were a few maintenance issues that just couldn't be overlooked. Overall, the experience was overshadowed by some significant drawbacks despite a few positive highlights.

My stay at the hotel was far from ideal. The main issues were the filthy rooms and the rude staff, which left a bad taste. However, the location is fantastic, being close to Calangute beach, and the manager did try to assist whenever possible. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this resort. The rooms were poorly maintained and infested with cockroaches, which made my stay uncomfortable. Although the staff, particularly the manager, seemed nice and tried to help, the overall service was lacking due to the management’s negligence. It felt like they were more focused on profit than on providing a decent experience for guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
